Our school construction projects are built on a shared-responsibility model that puts communities at the heart of development. District Assemblies contribute technical expertise and oversight, community members provide labor and local knowledge, and our partners provide the funding that makes construction possible. Project locations are identified through needs assessments conducted by our team, alongside recommendations from District Assemblies and community partners, ensuring that every school responds to a clearly identified community need and has strong local ownership.
